    biography

    Hannah Coxeter is a passionate Youth Worker and Visual Artist, who values creativity as a platform to self exploration and empowerment.

    She has worked with Young People in youth and educational settings for 15+ years now. Her B.A was in 3D materials at Brighton University, with a particular interest in public art, and interactive work that has public involvement in its creation. Some of her work can be seen on permanent display in the Claude Nicol Clinic in the Royal Sussex County Hospital.

    She co founded Exploring Senses with David Allistone in 2011 which uses digital and hands on making to empower communities.

    She has been a lead Youth Worker at Brighton Youth Centre since 2012 and set up B.fest, the Brighton Youth Arts Festival, in 2013 with a team of Young People. She manages B.fest which happens every May half term. B.fest is run and curated by and for Young People aged 13-19 years.

    She has worked in museums, community settings and galleries and truly values accessible spaces to enable engagements in the arts to all.
